https://speccoll.lib.ntu.edu.tw/node/175 《大學新聞》為「臺大新聞社」發行之刊物。創刊於1957年，是當時唯一固定出版的非官方刊物。內容除校園新聞，也有時事議論、專文、散文，為校園中重要的資訊傳播平台。 圖書館現存的《大學新聞》有448、498、508、513、515~518、520、524、531~547及660期，年代集中於1980年代左右。依現存刊物的內容，發行頻率每週一刊，每期一張，發行量一萬三千份。

為了妥善保存館藏資料，本館特別針對歷史悠久且具研究價值之舊籍，重新翻拍製作成微縮資料，同時，亦採購臺灣相關資料、中文善本書及各主要報紙之微縮資料，提供讀者閱覽使用。本館微縮資料依內容可分為下列幾類： • 館藏臺灣資料：蕃人所要地調查書、蕃人調查表、伊能文庫手稿、熱帶產業調查書、臺灣水路誌、臺灣風土記、臺灣時報、臺灣總督府官報、臺海使槎記、霧峰林家頂厝捐贈手稿、領臺以前臺灣農業史 … 等 80 餘種。 • UMI 台灣相關研究論文：為本館購自美國UMI (University Microfilms International) 的北美及歐洲地區臺灣研究相關博碩士學位論文微縮資料，內容涵蓋政治、經濟、社會、歷史、文化、工程及自然科學等。 • 中文線裝書：包含本館館藏善本書微捲或微片，以及自國家圖書館採購進館之中文善本書微捲。 • 過期報紙：包含本館館藏日治時期報紙及國內主要報紙共70 餘種。 • 過期期刊：主要為 1970-1990 年間的西文商學期刊。 • ERIC RIE ：為配合本校教學研究需求，教育學程中心特別購入 1997 年至 2002 年 ERIC RIE 之微片資料，此 9 萬餘片微片，現典藏於本組微縮資料區，提供讀者調閱使用。

《筆匯》1957年中國文藝協會所發行，原為半月刊，單張八開報紙型刊物，以討論當時文化問題為主，發行人為任卓宣。1959年5月4日改為月刊，以「革新號」面世，是尉天驄主編的第一本雜誌外，更是陳映真處女作的發表園地。 《筆匯》革新號是五○年代末、六○年初深具影響力的綜合性文學刊物，涵括文學、繪畫、電影、音樂等面向，於1961年12月30日發布停刊聲明，劃下休止符，共出版24期。 https://ermg.lib.nccu.edu.tw/er/print_friendly/DB000001454/
