Update frida version #2

Stuck on v12.6.11 right now until frida can fix the unstalk SEGFAULT issue. Making this an issue so i don't forget about it:

Once that's fixed i should be able to move to latest version.

Think i got this working again. Apparently cross-stalk commands fail completely, and only incidentally worked before.
