Added Parrot OS to known distros #24

hey -- there was recently a PR for parrot that appears to have covered this. Can you try running the install deps on parrot with the new version (1.6)?

actually, looks like parrot has a docker distro. working on adding it into the regression testing but initially it appears that we can't just call debian due to some package differences.

Just added parrot support and regression testing in 584a50d. Will push out v1.7 once it finishes testing.
