Improve button feedback #103

Since a12a695561810a87ed5ce8e87d44e1a37e66f248 the button feedback looks different. Previously there was nothing or just a small response around the touch location. Now there is a blue fill that expands throughout the row. We should go back to the previous behaviour, or at least something less distracting.

I think perhaps it was always like this, but I changed it anyway in 2c05c938712bddb329028ca3bc78c41f597a0b1c.
