Touchpad Pro / Teleport Violating VNsea GPL License

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try downloading the source code for Touchpad Pro - it isn't the most
current code, and the developer has abandoned the project and closed the
source under the name Teleport.
2. Try downloading the source code for Teleport - you can't. This app is
being sold on the iTunes store for $24.99, but it was developed using VNsea
as its base.

What is the expected output?

The project should be under the GPL as it uses VNsea as its base. The
Teleport developer is violating the license.

Please provide any additional information below.

More information was requested in the Chicken of the VNC forums about the 
connection
between VNsea, Touchpad Pro, and Teleport. Repeating here as well.

As per the Touchpad Pro website
(http://www.touchpadpro.com/2008/04/touchpad-pro-faq.html): 

"Yes, this is open source software, and it's built on another open source 
project
called VNsea by Chris Reed and Glenn Kreisel." 

Also per the Touchpad Pro FAQ: 

"There's an app on the App Store called Teleport. Can I get a discount on that 
if
I've bought Touchpad Pro? 

There is no way to get a discount on an iPhone application at this time. If / 
when
that rule changes, this will definitely be explored. Unfortunately, this is 
simply
not possible at this time. Stay tuned..."
