Use a better keyboard layout for editing server settings #52

Right now, the default keyboard layout is used when editing server settings, 
even for the 
hostname. Different layouts should be used depending on the field. For 
instance, the hostname 
should use the address layout, while the name can keep the standard layout. 
Also, the 
password field should not automatically turn on the shift at sentence starts.
