Follow keyboard and mouse cursors #66

This is a request for feature enhancement. Please add an option to
automatically reposition the screen such that the screen area containing
the keyboard or mouse cursor (which ever moved later) to be always visible.
This works great when you have an alternative input mechanism (one example
is, if you are just monitoring someone working on the same vnc session) to
not constantly having to scroll the vnsea view.

I do not think this is possible because we get no mouse move events from the VNC
Server when that happens.
