UltraVNC allows for file transfer.

Here is a summary: · Embedded File Transfer with intuitive Graphical User 
Interface allowingfor easy file copy between local and remote computers. 
It uses the currentVNC connection and files are compressed during their 
transfer.File transfers can be asynchronous so screen updates can continue 
while a file is being transfered in background.The delta transfer mode 
allows to resume interrupted transfers.

It appears that "CTRL+ALT+F7" opens up the file transfer dialog window as 
can be seen on this site http://www.uvnc.com/install/usage.html

Sorry, we're not going to support proprietary features of some specific server 
software.
