Mouse tracks do not follow scrolling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure mouse tracks are enabled in the preferences
2. Connect to a server
3. Tap the screen to remotely click, causing mouse tracks to appear
4. Scroll the display

What is the expected output?
The mouse tracks should scroll with the screen.

What do you see instead?
Mouse tracks stay put, moving across the screen as it scrolls.
