Feat/ Added Optimism Fix XDAI and Moonriver #20

Added Optimism constant with tests
Added test to test multi call on 11 chains
Searched for multicall contracts on the following (see below), without success, added test to showcase it, (Simple call works but does multicall not, remove skip mark to see it)
- XDAI
- MOONRIVER

@banteg let me know if I missed anything/ if I could improve anything (and if you could give me some tipps on how to make multicall work on XDAI and MOONRIVER that would be great)

added readme section to address or fix #7

made it work for XDAI and Moonriver also (the state_override causing errors at the node level)

will do a PR tomorrow with refactor
