Adding SCSS files #14

Hello,

This PR will add SCSS files that can be used to build the CSS files.

Since the generated files are the same as the current CSS files, I didn't rebuild them, but the SCSS files can be very useful for people who wants to create their own icheck classes with custom size or custom colors.

Check the README for more information.

Thanks, @sebastienheyd for this pull request, I just merged that. I'm a bit out of time now, I guess we need to create a new version, will check that later...
