ENG-377 Diagnose Bucket Corruption Bug

This is the bug hunt I sent you (Alex) on Friday. This is the one resulting in locked/bricked accounts. I didn't have a good idea what was causing it so don't have many details to populate this ticket with. Last I heard you had figured out a way to reproduce the bug at least!
