Ubuntu 22.04 LTS build fix

Fixed the building bug for the Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Updated the aarch64.config file on /bao-demos/guests/linux/buildroot, and changed the buildroot version (to 2022.02.2), to match the latest version of the m4 package (1.4.19).
