Feature/history table improvements

Implemented several improvements for project execution table views:

• Improved style of date range picker component
• Added time limit column in project execution table
• Added tooltips for action column icons
• Added sortable headers for project execution view through search by dates
• Improved description of history execution view
• Bugfixed: Fetch data on history execution view on the case where custom is unselected without dates
• Improved usability and design on project execution view when search by dates for smaller screens
• Added search text field by name and description on project execution view
