Move docs folder #506

Solves issue #495

Moved documentation from inside cornflow-server folder to root folder. Updated documentation. Changed documentation theme.

@pchtsp do you want to review the docs/source/main/install.rst file? I'm going to keep working on updating the rest of the documentation, but I would like to know if you miss something on the installation part of the documentation.
