Leecode's Biweekly Contest 107 has been declared unrated for LCUS users. The rank predictions need to be synced with current Leetcode ranking.

I've also observed that there have been at least two biweekly contests in the Leetcode US region that were unrated. It's important to note that our current system is not equipped to handle unrated contests.

I'm currently evaluating how best to address this situation and determining the necessary steps to take.
