Only LCCN users rating is predicted in Biweekly contest 122 #45

I can only find lccn users in predicted list. Please have a look into this @baoliay2008

@ashuthe1 Thank you for reporting this issue. I looked into it, and the data for two regions hasn't been merged by LeetCode. I'm trying to fix it.
