Automatic update of phpunit.xml
Replace setMethods (deprecated) with onlyMethods and add a new DynamoDbClientMock class to declare the needed methods (otherwise onlyMethods would not work) (see https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/issues/4775)
