Tesseract has trouble translating this to "Caution" #1395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install pytesseract
2. Open image using python Image library 
3. translate using pytesseract.image_to_string

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: "CAUTION"
Actual: ""

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.02, Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
