PRs created by the localazy download actions does not trigger workflows and are thus impossible to merge due to required checks. A workaround is possible, but requires creating a separate automated account. For now, I'll disable the workflows and update translations manually on a regular basis. If it becomes hard to manage, we could consider automation again.
This PR also fixes .editorconfig to follow the indent rules used by the Localazy CLI, and adds a badge to the Readme.
