new command: unlock
function: unlocks phone to homescreen / turns on screen 
additional: option to force or bypass gesture / pin unlock
            option to unlock device when certain commands are entered (geo/dial/http etc.)

Android doesn't allow an App to unlock the homescreen for security reasons.
