Global variable not recognize #1

No problem with duplicate variable definitions. I checked it. I commented that part and the errors went away.

Other parts, global CONFIG variable could be accessed, so it might be the problem is not recognizing global variagle.

Here's what we're guessing

Hosting is not a problem either, because the shouldHaveDateStatsFilterArr variable works fine. and it's not a function, so function is not a problem either.

Temporarily not using the variable, but putting the value in directly.
