applying mockdata test structure so that decrease wating time during local development

When I modify my code locally and test it, I run it on an online GCP server, but it's too slow. I would like to reduce the time to connect to the internet and get the data, and I would like to eliminate the time to test the whole thing when I just need to test one part.
