How can i apply your tool for predict plants pathways ? #1

Dear developer,

I’m a Ph.D student in France on Brassica napus (rapeseed) specialized metabolites against pathogens.

Your deep learning approach applied to pathways is very innovative. I'd like to apply it to my plant data to predict specialized metabolic pathways unknown.

Does "MetabolicPathwayPrediction" works with plant (Brassica spp) data ?,

IMPORTANT: This plant contains approximately 6 copies of each gene resulting from duplication and therefore a large question of neofunctionalization and subfunctionalization.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest. If you could provide a sample data (kind of input and output needed for your project), I would be in a better position to answer your query. In general, it should not be too difficult to adapt our architecture to your specific case, however, a little more information on your data would help me with better understanding of your requirements.
