[x] Freewheel diode (D7) orientation fix
[x] VCAP decoupling diode on ADM1278
[x] TXU0202 pinout fix
[x] Remove 1.8V_CLK supervisor and replace with pullup
[x] Add '4T774 buffer between TE0835<->RACK JTAG between 3.3VSB/3.3V_CPLD
[x] Add DT1446S diodes to TE0835 JTAG
[x] Add MGTCLK0/1 AC coupling caps
[x] Switch Y2 to SG2520VHN 156.2500M-ECHPZA6
