Bugfix

nigeLab.Block/linkTime() now correctly adds the 'Time.mat' part to the generated nigeLab.Block.Paths.Time.file char array.
nigeLab.Block.Time no longer has a char type validator

Closing Pull Request and Issue #65 so that dev stays current with bugfix.
