Database was not updated when using fill-reporting database function in Alfresco Explorer #63

Steps to replicate:

  1. Start with a freshly build ARMIS application.
  2. Create agency site.
  3. Go to the file plan of the agency site and file and declare records.
  4. Fill reporting database in Alfresco Explorer.
  5. Generate a basic report like the records inventory report.
  6. Upload more files to the RM site and declare.
  7. Fill reporting database in Alfresco Explorer.
  8. Generate again the records inventory report.

Actual result: The report did not displayed the 2nd batch of filed records. User has to re-create the reporting database to see it.

Expected result: The report should display all the records after harvest of data to reporting database.

records in rm should be associated with an agency

fixed in currect machine.
