Remove Cochrane-Orcutt procedure discussion from notebook #3

Per https://github.com/barbagroup/JITcode-MechE/issues/1#issuecomment-35624749 and consensus from the rest of the group, let's remove this from the first notebook.

You know, I just read over the notebook again and if we remove that part, the whole "punch line" of the context problem is lost: that trends are misleading if you don't take care. We might have to leave it in, but add in more explanation. It's not a hard tool to understand, and even if they don't understand it and go by faith, the learning goal is data plotting and analysis and it would be accomplished.

I have done fairly extensive revision of Lesson 1, leaving the last section on auto-correlation as merely a discussion of the problem. Check it out. Do you think we could just leave it there?
