typo to report in proof reading #5

In grid independence section where it says: "using meshes with 15,552 triangles (density 9.05  10^-4 per Å squared) to 19,200 triangles (density 1.11  10^-5 per Å squared)" the exponents are inverted 4 should be 5 and viceversa, it should be: "using meshes with 15,552 triangles (density 9.05  10^-5 per Å squared) to 19,200 triangles (density 1.11  10^-4 per Å squared)"

This was fixed in the proof sent to us.
