Improve tooltips in charts for distance and duration

The tooltips for the charts 'Overall distance' and 'Overall duration' should be optimized. Currently the tooltips show

the distance without the unit and with a lot of decimal places and (see image: 4)
the duration without the unit and in minutes (see image: 4)

Just as in the other places, the distance should be shown as 'x.yz km' (see image: 2) and the duration as hh:mm:ss (see image: 1).

Blocked since the used chart components (ChartJs.Blazor) doesn't currently support customizing of tooltips text (Issue)
