Unlinked DiscretizedBranchRates for multiple loci have the wrong number of dimensions #235

If you load multiple loci with different numbers of taxa and select unlinked 
clock models with 
uncorrelated models (DiscretizedBranchRateModel) the dimension of the 
rateCategories parameter 
is the same for every locus (the size of the first locus).

It is 2n-2 but n is different for each tree.
