Need to be able to add calibration info on species divergences in starBEAST #252

Once the species have been defined in starBEAST, we need to be able to define 
TaxonSets for the 
species. This would then allow constraints on the species trees and calibration 
priors on the 
divergences. I suggest that once starBEAST has been enabled, the Taxon Sets has 
another TabPanel 
with Individuals/Species tabs. You would then be able to specify taxon sets for 
the defined species 
as well as the individuals (including enforcing monophyly). I suggest these 
appear as 
divergence(TAXON_SET) in the prior table to distinguish them from the 
TMRCA(TAXON_SET) for the 
individuals.
