BEAUTi: correct English #260

- Site Models panel (I guess with a Binary datafile loaded) there's a
checkbox saying "Use ambiguities in those treeLikelihood associating this
substitution model" - shouldn't this be "Use ambiguities in the tree
likelihood associated with this model"?

- on the MCMC panel "Create operator analaysis file" should be "analysis" 

- in the prior review panel "These appeared priors are those that the user
hasen't clicked on in the prior panel" - shouldn't this be something like
"These priors are still set to the default values and need to be reviewed" ?
