BEAUTi v1.5.3 cannot unlink gamma (alpha) across partitions. #281

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open BEAUTi
2) import two nexus files.
3) click "Unlink Subst.Models"
4) Click "Site Models" tab
5) Change "Site Heterogeneity" to gamma
6) Click generate Beast File.
7) open XML file - XML output has been truncated. I think the "alpha" parameter 
is not getting the 
partition name prepended to it appropriately, and BEAUTi is crashing when it 
encounters this.

did you change gamma for every partition?

if only one, then it will have exception.

Yes. Neither works. BEAUTi should either deal with this or display an error, 
not create an incomplete XML file.
