Nautical units support #390

Could you please add support for Nautical Mile distance unit and knots speed unit?

@lumag I can certainly take a look!

We need a method for generally doing coordinate conversion - see https://github.com/barbeau/gpstest/issues/347#issuecomment-584259525 for discussion.

EDIT

Ah, sorry, I read this too fast - this isn't coordinate conversion but unit conversion.
