Database: Report if request full tracking for raw measurements is active #536

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On Android S, with https://github.com/barbeau/gpstest/issues/490 there is now an option that's on by default to programmatically set "force full GNSS measurements".

We should report if this is set to true or false to the GPSTest Database.

Describe the solution you'd like Report if "force full GNSS measurements" is set to true or false within the app for Android S and higher
