Add instructions to Share Device for waiting for fix, etc. #552

Describe the solution you'd like It would be good to add these in-line so they are shown in the Share->Device screen where you submit the results.

IIRC I probably omitted this to keep the dialog short so it didn't cause issues with the other tabs, but I could look at making it longer or showing a popup dialog the first time it's used.
