Update dialogs to MaterialAlertDialogBuilder #571

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Dialogs don't always match theme

Describe the solution you'd like Use MaterialAlertDialogBuilder when possible: https://developer.android.com/reference/com/google/android/material/dialog/MaterialAlertDialogBuilder
