Question About Licensing #16

@barbedo I am interested in using this repo, but I wasn't able to find information on licensing. Are you providing this as a freeware service to humanity, or did you plan to use an existing open source license?

It appears to be based on the XilinxTCLStore source, so should include a BSD-2 license per: https://github.com/Xilinx/XilinxTclStore/wiki/FAQ BSD-2 license Do please confirm Ricardo, very much appreciate you putting this set of scripts out, they're very useful

Thank you @bobenose! I had found the BSD-2 piece after some digging after posting this. However, I have been asked to verify what the license is since there are additional files included for this setup to work before my team is allowed to use it. I agree it is an extremely useful tool.

I've just added a license file, licensing my code under BSD 2-clause terms and acknowledging the derived code from XilinxTclStore.
