FB Alpha v0.2.97.42 (ClrMame Pro XML).dat fix #173

Fixed size for "465 Rampage WT.u64" rom for the game rmpgwt11 to match it's parent rmpgwt because they both have the same crc, but different sizes.

Those files are generated by fba, i won't edit them, i'll try to figure out the cause of this though.

No problem. It was the only problem I was seeing when doing a non-merged build from clrmamepro and thought I would bring it up. Thanks.
