Glitch on KOD rom (characters bar) #250

Hi! There is an issue that I have long wanted to report. There's a glitch in The King of Dragons in multiplayer.

Status /characters bar is flicking and is partially hided in two situations:

  1. When choosing characters: (see 00:00:33 of my video stream)
  2. When there is a transition (between stages) (see 00:02:07 of my video stream)

I have not had a chance to try it on standalone version.

Hi furiadeoso, thanks for the bug report, unfortunately I have some issues: I can't properly watch the video to see this problem, I guess my computer is too slow. I get about 1 frame/sec on twitch. (Youtube works fine for me though.) I don't see any flickering on standalone, but, we did re-work cps quite a bit in the timing department, so maybe thats why its OK here. The rework we did fixed a lot of flickery issues in some other games, so I think it might have fixed this :)

@furiadeoso the fix was commited, let me know if the problem persists (it would mean it's related to netplay i guess ?)
