Changes to Chrome have stopped the Chrome extension from working #116

This change has recently rolled out. Extension icons are now all shown together, no longer in the address bar.

Sadly this seems to have broken the phpconsole extension - I no longer receive notifications on debug, error etc.

Disregard please - external factors regarding another affected extension causing the notifications not to show
