Not Connected #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Always show not connected. I go through your tutorial and try to connect 
using sip2sip account. But Not connected. Please Help. Its Urgent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? -- Not Connected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? MAC 10.7.2
