Boghe+IPSec #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build Boghe from source code
2.Enable IPSec from Options tab
3.Try to Register / Sign In

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
Boghe trunk, Doubango branch 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
According the GetLastError 10057 (Socket is not connected) it seems that some 
operations are called on non-connected socket? Function tnet_socket_create_2 
just bind the socket but not connect?
