Error when add the zoom and scroll video function.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I add zoom and scrool function for video call.
2. Affter that, i make video call (using H.264 codec).
3. Then trying zoom and scrool video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The zoom is OK. But when i moving the video on screen it not effect. Then i 
trying to resize the image. I got problem: decode H.264

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IMSdroid 2x/Android 2.2
