Add Support for Replaces Method #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Currently Replaces method is not supported, receiving Replaces content will 
output:parse_header_Replaces NOT IMPLEMENTED. Will be added as Dummy header 
from Tsip_parser_header.c

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Replaces is very popular method to support call transfer, so we hope Doubango 
can support it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
doubango 2.0 in idoubs for iPhone
