Continuation roll parameters #7

Added support for custom expiration rolling and back adjusting of prices.

Interesting note, despite being documented these don't appear to actually work for anything except for back-adjusting daily charts. So that's almost useless in its current form.

@mvberg Low priority but if you could verify at some point that these changes don't cause Trader to explode, I'll merge this in.
