File Save / Load #11

[ ] File->Save menu item
[ ] File->Load menu item
[ ] File->Save As menu item

Requirements

User must be able to save the current data to a local file.
User must be able to load the current data from a local file.
User may be able to save the current data to other file formats.

With a local database, we will need to decide what type of persistence we really need on the file system. It is helpful, or not?
