There is Super Game Boy mode on VisualBoyAdvance-M.

Super Game Boy mode is about Super Game Boy enhanced palettes (Super Game Boy enhanced ROMs), SPC700 sound in Donkey Kong 94', Super Game Boy Borders On/Off, (Super Game Boy Borders 256x240 (256x224 crop overscan)).
