Sub tasks & resource allocation

Can a subtask be created under a main task? I work for a restaurant franchise 
and we would like to use the software for our new stores that we open. 

This specific request is need for example:

Task: Get all legal documents.
Sub task: Liquor lisence
Sub task: Trade lisence
Sub task: Health & Safety Certificate
Sub task: Fire Certificate
etc.

Also, can you assign more than one person (resource) to a task? For example, 
our travel department will have 3 people making booking arrangements for staff 
travelling.

Did you try pressing Tab (or clicking right arrow button above the task table) 
on a wanna-be-subtask ?

There is a video tutorial on the main page which is extremely helpful to get 
started.
